Cloud 9 is being renamed Yinahla in appreciation and respect for the Aboriginal people who are the First Peoples of this Land. Chiropedic Bedding has been granted endorsement to use the Yugambeh language word Yinahla by Yugambeh Community Elders through the Yugambeh Youth Aboriginal Corporation. We are proud to be Australian made and want t
o give back to the First Peoples of this Land by donating $20 from every Yinahla mattress sold to the Yugambeh Youth Aboriginal Corporation for continued development and delivery of Aboriginal youth programs and will work with them to explore further partnership opportunities to pursue support for Aboriginal youth to engage in and undertake educational pathways. The Yugambeh language people are the traditional custodians of the land located in south-east Queensland and north-east New South Wales, now within the Logan City, Gold Coast, Scenic Rim, and Tweed City regions whose ancestors all spoke one or more dialects of the Yugambeh Language. We acknowledge and pay respect to the land and the traditional families of the Yugambeh region of South East Queensland and their Elders past present and emerging.
