Its the old debate! Whats best?
grass fed grass finished or grain finished? Well to be honest it comes down to personal preference!
As we work directly with Arley Farm Speckle Park & are now our main supplier of body beef we are lucky enough to be able to source both, here's a perfect example, the quarter on the left is 100% grass fed grass finished, hence the yellow fat coverage and the quarter on the right has been finished with 100 days on grain hence the white fat coverage. Either way when the farmers puts this much effort into there stock you cant ask for any better.

Something a bit different today as im always showing photos of our fantastic displays & what we offer here at NVQM! well we wouldn't be able to do it without our awesome suppliers! Nothing better than in house made bacon with Pines Road Pastured Eggs! Or a aged club steak from Arley Farm Speckle Park ( how good do they look ) & as always our mates at West Coast Meats supplying us with top quality WA lamb! But most of all the Crew behind the scenes constantly turning up day in day out to keep it all rolling!
Now we are just about to head into our 10th year here at the shop & myself & Kath cannot thank everyone enough for their ongoing support over this time

When we say grass fed & grass finished beef this is what we mean! Can't give the team at Arley Farm Speckle Park enough credit for what they do to bring our fantastic customers a premium product! This is true paddock to plate.
