Great chopping boards made from locally sourced Tasmanian Oak. Things are better when they are made from wood, WETHINKS. If you're using glass chopping boards you are going to blunt your fancy knives that you paid too much for, probably taken in by one of those 60% off specials down on the High Street. Seriously, dont buy anything until you check the price online. Yeah, nobody ever paid $1200 for

that set, fool. Plastic boards? Yeah if you like a side of aged bacteria with every meal. Your dinner guest: "Whats the secret ingredient?" You: "Some tag-along germs, you've probably never heard for them" (You're a hipster). Aside from being genuinely useful and awesome, our chopping boards are good for just putting down and looking at them. And you can buy them in a bundle to save you having to pick a favourite (psst, meat board, its YOU) because really you've got lots of decisions to make and we are here to help.

Opportunity is endless when your self employed 🤪😂 this job was absolutely perfect, all the measurements were bang on, all my levels were good across a 6m room.

I made a mistake in the measurements somehow, last night I was tired and frustrated. But I love the work that I do, and so today I decide to bounce back and move forward.

My maths might be a little strange but… Tasmania Oak + Hank Made = Real Furniture.

This set for a client in Deep Bay, is as beautiful and interesting as the clear waters that surround this property.

This table and stools fits perfectly into their home, and hopefully will see many meals, some spills, a tear and plenty of laughs.

First table of Twenty26 - and 25 years of being a wood worker. It still makes me happy - I still feel connected to this craft.

Yesterday I delivered the make a wish table that was auctioned off earlier this year at the make a wish gala ball.

It’s so important to me that my business engages with my community on multiple levels, by working with and buying from local businesses and suppliers. Supporting local sports clubs and schools, and supporting those that help others when they are in need!

If you can, support your local community a small amount of time or money makes a huge difference!

This was a real treat, and a lot of firsts for me! Delivering to Melbourne was fun, playing with Frank the sweet little dog was cool -

but seeing Macca smile like a little kid when sitting as his new table - priceless.. well no there were costs involved but you get the idea…

This is a 10 person table, make from solid Tasmanian oak - 2.9m long and 1.1m wide. This is my design that I have been refining for a while now - and I love it to absolutely pieces!!

10 years ago… oh how time flys! When people ask if I make stair cases I get a little bit nervous, cold, sweaty, and get flashbacks to this absolutely stunning but mind boggling spiral beast.

I did the welding, and all the timber work on this one. It was a seriously stressfully time in my life where we were starting a family, lost people important to me, I was working in an office and doing this sort of work after-hours….

I love being back in the workshop, and yes… I would make another one!! 😂
