Got to work this morning and we’d had a couple of visitors last night. If you forgot to take your bolt cutters and siphon hose with you call in tomorrow and see me and I’ll happily return them. We are seeking expressions of interest from private landholders, harvesting, haulage and firewood businesses who have access to Red Gum. Long term contracts are available provided they meet our specifications, standards ,safety compliance with relevant insurance and pricing. We have harvesting and haulage capacity with a proven high level of compliance, financial performance, integrity and honesty in Red Gum. Access to dry logs and firewood will be preferred and a premium paid. 4 x 5000 tonne annual contacts and 2 x 2500 tonne annual contracts available. All options will be considered but not limited to delivered pricing, pick up of log or processed firewood, harvest of standing timber on PP. Other species will be considered but not preferred. Here’s one of our firewood processors we built ourselves cutting our mixed species native hardwood. Not only do we supply quality Redgum firewood we also have a large stockpile of mixed species native hardwood. It’s split and ready to burn. These logs were deemed to be unsuitable for higher value products such as building and infrastructure timber. Some were sourced from hardwood plantations. www.grgfirewood.com.au
