Boutique Event Co is a mobile bar business, located in Geelong, Vic. And we haven't looked back! Our vintage caravan bars are the ultimate boho dream!

Boutique Event Co is a mobile bar business, created by local Geelong couple Matt & Dani Fontana. With a passion for weddings, events & damn good service we decided to give Boutique Event Co a crack after our own backyard wedding. They're the perfect addition to any event, with a team of experts behind them that won the 2018 Geelong Small Business of The Year! We will give you the best experience p

ossible and we'll be there with you every step of the way, to be flexible, understanding and amazing. We promise to make the planning process simple, easy & we always share our handy tips along the way.

A LITTLE HELLO FROM US// and a reminder that we're still here (just a little busy!) 😆😆

We are so damn grateful for all of the incredible clients we've had this year! This little biz has grown MASSIVELY in 2025 and we couldn't have achieved what we have without our clients and most importantly our team ❤️ Without each and every one of you, Boutique Event Co wouldn't be where it is today.

We're still not done for the year, with 6 events before Christmas, a boxing day event and a HUGE NYE event - we thank you in advance for your patience during the silly season 🥳🥳

WE'RE STILL HERE// it's been a hot minute since we've posted on socials 🤪🤪 Not for lack of content, but lack of time 🍸🥂 We're still kicking on with some fabulous winter events and we're freakin' loving every minute of it 💃💃

We have so many incredible weddings, birthdays and corporate events already booked for next season - with lots of key dates either at capacity or close to capacity 😬😬

"Dani! Oh my gosh, Thank you sooooo much for your amazing words! We just got back from our Honeymoon and are still raving about how amazing you guys were! You and the team were incredible and everything came together so perfectly. The pop-up bar in the marquee, the two cocktails hours, everything lined up when everyone made it into the marquee PERFECTION. The drinks were super important to us and you made it all work so well."

8 YEARS// on this day, 8 years ago we were married. Yep, April Fools Day 🤣🤣 This was no joke 🤪🤪

8 years of marriage, means 8 years of Boutique Event Co 🥂🍹🍾🍸 We've come a very long way since then and we have learnt so so much. We're so grateful for the last 8 years, and we look forward to the next 8 🎉🎉

Ps. We have some very exciting news to share soon, this company is about to get a whole lot bigger 😉😉

BIGGEST WEEKEND YET// what a weekend 🙌🙌 This was one of those weekends where you're super excited, nervous & hoping for no hiccups 🎉🎉 We had 8 events from Friday through to Sunday with both Boutique Event Co and Tom Collins Caravan Bar 😴 😅

A few fun facts about the weekend:
🍾 22 shifts covered
🍾 over 1400km travelled
🍾 at least 160 bags of ice
🍾 over 1300 cocktails served 💪

We couldn't do any of it without our team of incredibly hard working bar staff. Without them, there would be no us - a huge thank you to each and every one of our team members who made this weekend possible 🍸🍸
