- After a long day of restoring it’s time for a tipple on this mid 1800’s Cedar flip top Centre Table. With cross banded edges and hand carved scroll feet and not to mention all hand made brass fittings. Repaired and restored. Tables like these give me goosebumps…just gotta be careful not to spill your drink 🍸 😜 (and yes we do drink from jars in the workshop 😅)

- This client had previously purchased four genuine Miller chairs. She wanted to add an extra two in order to have a set of six. So she purchased two extra reproductions as close to the models as she could find. It was then up to me to colour match a completely different timber to match the original colour of the Millers. I think we got it pretty darn close. Newly upholstered too. They don’t call me the colour master for nothing 😜

- With the winter morning sunlight rising, warmth radiates off this lovingly restored Oak mid-century sideboard. With 100% sheep’s wool lining on the drawer interior for that added elegance. Stripped, sanded, stained and finished in good old shellac. I love my job.

• Brazilian Rosewood Dining Set •

- This mid-century Brazilian rosewood dining set had the full re-work done on it. Stripped, sanded, repaired, stained and re-polished. New upholstery was chosen out of the range which was a win for the contrast! Little doggo seems to approve of the new look too! Another happy client means a happy restorer!
