Jecks Cottage is your home away from home in Augusta. 50 metres from the beach and 5 minutes walk f It's fully fenced so they can't escape and you can chill.

Jecks Cottage is your perfect home away from home while exploring Augusta and surrounds. Accommodating 6 people there are 2 separate bedrooms featuring Queen beds, and another room with a set of bunk beds. x on the front deck with a glass of wine to watch the sunset over the ocean while the Barbie sizzles. The lush backyard provides the perfect area for the kids to play, and even has a cubby to hide in. Just a leisurely 5 minutes stroll along the ocean boardwalk is the river mouth, where you can fish on the Jetty, grab a cuppa at Colourpatch, or take a stroll on the boardwalk into town. Make sure you keep an eye out for the local Pelicans and Dolphins that abound in the river. If you're an early bird, don't miss the sunrise over the river mouth. It's spectacular. Or why not stroll 5 minutes in the opposite direction where you will reach the picturesque historic township of Flinders Bay. Take a swim in one of the secluded beaches along the way, or spend time exploring the attractions in town whilst watching the children play on the beautifully landscaped foreshore. Jecks Cottage is just 50 metres from the beach where you can fish or swim in the ocean. As you comb the beach you will enjoy the abundant sea and bird life that make their home along this coast line. You may even be lucky enough to spot the whales during their migration. A perfect spot for this is the strategically placed seat located at the “Landing Place”. Check out the stone monument whilst there, and absorb the full history of this iconic area.

Augusta put on an absolutely stunning day today. Town is starting to buzz again after the Covid shutdown and are welcoming visitors.
If you’re looking for a weekend getaway this is the place...Jecks cottage 🏡
PS: The whales 🐋 have made their first appearance and will be here for the next few months
