Just landed at Ken’s 🚀

A vintage teak rocket lamp, circa 1960s.

Still wearing its original shade, woven fabric over a fibreglass shell, which is the hard part to find. Most got sun-faded or thrown out decades ago.

Switches on and glows beautifully too (looks even better with the lights down)!

Dropping. A Panasonic Panapet R-70, circa 1970.

The ball and chain radio Panasonic made for the Osaka World Expo. It went on to become one of the most loved radios of the decade.

Space age pop, right down to the chrome dials and the hang it anywhere chain.

Fully working, too (if you like your news on AM)!
