Hey folks!

We have an exciting announcement to kick off the New Year.

We will be recommencing Knot 1 and 2 classes on Mondays from January 19th at The Exchange (55 Exchange Place, Adelaide).

We don't have a suspension venue yet, but K3 and 4 students are encouraged to come along as we focus on harness building, connection and body mechanics on the floor.

We have sad news to share.

Unfortunately, our current venue will be closing soon as times are tough for small businesses, which will affect classes for the short-term future.

Classes on Monday the 3rd of November will continue as normal.

We will let you all know our next venue as soon as we do, and are currently in talks to make that happen.
