Every custom piece starts with a conversation.

If you’re looking for bespoke furniture made to suit your space, the process is simple.

1. Submit an enquiry through my website.
2. Complete the custom furniture design form.
3. Receive an initial project estimate.
4. If you’d like to move forward, I create detailed designs. A design fee of 10% of the initial estimate applies only if you decide not to proceed with the build.
5. Once the design is approved, I send through a formal quote and invoice for a 50% deposit.
6. After the deposit is received, materials are ordered within 7 days.
7. You’ll be updated throughout the build and provided with an estimated completion date.
8. Prior to delivery, installation, or collection, the remaining balance is due.

From first enquiry to final installation, every step is designed to be clear, transparent, and tailored to you.

Lamination, simplified.

It all comes down to three key stages I run every student through:

Dry fit — making sure your milling is spot on and your joins are tight with no gaps.
Dry run — rehearsing the glue-up without glue so everything’s dialled and any issues show themselves early.
Glue up — commit and bring it all together.

Get these right and everything changes. Lamination is one of those foundational skills that unlocks a whole new level in woodworking and furniture making.

First commission of the year delivered and installed.

This 2.4m pill-shaped art deco coastal dining table was crafted for a family with growth in mind. Upgrading from a 1.8m dining table, we aimed to create a piece that wouldn't overpower the space yet could host plenty of loved ones. The pill shape allows for a slightly narrower width while comfortably fitting two people at each end - this table seats 8-10 people, impressive for its size.

Messmate desk completed in between terms at The Shed. Super tight on time with this one but very happy with the finished product. Had a play with proportions with this one, staying within my lane of simple modern and sleek with some nice reveals and contemporary legs. This piece is actually a make up vanity and has another form which I’ll release soon. Thanks again to my amazing clients who always trust in me to complete their vision.

Extendable dining table made for a couple downsizing from their family dinning table to a more intimate dinning table that still allows for those family get togethers.

The stunning reclaimed Blackbutt sourced from the legends over at make this piece an absolute standout. Almost every piece has some silkyness to it and when that raking light hits, wow!

The hidden leaf extends a quaint 1.2m table to a 1.65m family dinning experience. Having the handles shaped into the aprons of this table helps give a seamless transition when extending the dovetailed rails. With through tendons on the leg to apron joint this guys made to last a long, long time.
