Hi, I am looking for a Nanny for my Kids. one is 6 months old and another is 4 years old. This is my 5 or 6 post as i couldnt find the right person.To be frank i have tried mostly african ladies, but 95% of them are not compassionate .. they just want to do their job like a robots. No smile on their face , they never greet unless you say hello to them....., as Nanny i want the person to connect to my kids.To be a part of the family.Its a live in Job So if are are someone who is particular about you sleeping and waking time, who like to spend time with their mobile.. please dont apply. Am sorry for being blunt .. but i just dont want to waste any ones time ....
