Dubai in July doesn’t care about your walk schedule. The pavement can hit 65°C. At noon. That’s hot enough to burn paws in under 60 seconds.

But here’s what UAE dog parents actually know: you don’t stop walking. You shift everything.

Before 7:30am. After 7:30pm. Grass whenever possible. And the 5-second hand test before every single walk -no exceptions.

Somewhere in Abu Dhabi’s industrial zone, a small group of volunteers is feeding hundreds of stray dogs that most of the city doesn’t think about.

The Mussafah Dog Project runs 20 feeding stations, provides medical care, and finds homes for strays who have nowhere else to go. With around 15 active volunteers carrying all of it.

Right now, they need three things:
Volunteers. Veterinary support. Foster families.
