The structures/carcass are mainly made out of strengthened wood with multi-layer of MDF/PLYWOOD inlays OR solid wood according to the product requirements; particularly the most suitable materials to get the final finishing, touches and decorations. VENEER SECTION

To enable us to provide all the decoration services to our clients, we have installed world renowned ‘SUN’ brand Digital Flatbed Wide Format Printer based on unique UV-LED EVOLUTION technology for direct printing on wood, acrylic, plastics, all kinds of metal, fabrics and canvas, ceramic, mosaic, leather etc, which also print wide range of sign boards in different finishing with multi colours with the advantage of 3D printing option. Preparation and sanding of the product is one of the most important steps to create the proper finishing, starting from manual sanding and machine sanding with master sander, ending with the latest technology Robot sanding machine. SPRAY BOOTH
Our fully operational wide opened spray booth allows us to provide a quality finish to the wood surfaces for both internal and external applications starting from the primer coats, till the special air filtering cabin for the final coats. ULTRA VIOLET MASS PRODUCTION-PAINTING LINE
The ultra violet mass production-painting line with the latest technology allows receiving the final painted dried panels within five minutes painting operation period with high quality finishing, which in turn allow us to provide service for mass production projects to our clients.
