Position: Female Real Estate Agent (Off-Plan)
Location: Dubai, UAE

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a motivated Female Real Estate Agent to join our successful team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Sales and Leasing - Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
Market Analysis - Stay updated on real estate market trends and conduct market analysis to provide accurate and valuable insights to clients.
Client Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored real estate solutions.
Negotiation - Negotiate property prices and terms on behalf of clients to secure the best deals.
Documentation - Prepare and maintain accurate records, contracts, and other necessary paperwork related to real estate transactions.
Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience in real estate off-plan sales (Arabic, Russian, British, Algerian advantage).
License - RERA certification is a plus.
Driving License - is a Plus
Language Skills - Proficiency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
Networking Skills - Strong networking and interpersonal skills to build a client base and expand business opportunities.
Local Knowledge - Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market, locations, and property values.
