all emirates of the UAE. But please note that some areas is too far for our courier to reach and we will just know that it is far when it is already out for delivery. So we apologize for customers that we can't reach. Beyond_dxb is for online only we don't allow walk in customer. Beyond_dxb hired a courier company for our deliveries. Please note that we don't deliver so we don't have any idea for the timings and arrival of goods. But you can contact us for updates. Beyond_dxb accepts change items (depends in availability and conditions of the goods.) we only change the goods for 1-3 days. After 3 days we can't change your goods. If our company made a mistake in providing the right product that you wanted or the goods arrive in a bad condition we will change it with a free delivery. Please note that if you will tell us after 3 days that the product is wrong or in a bad condition we will not accept the complaints. If the customer complain but its her fault like giving wrong information about sizes or change their minds. We can still change the items but the customer MUST pay a 25 dirhams courier charge for exchanging the product. Beyond_dxb delivery is 1-3 days. Beyond_dxb doesn't accept reservations. We don't make reservations because the stocks is only limited. Beyond_dxb offers a lot of design. Please note that if a product have a similar offer you can grab both of them you can choose any product with the same offer to avail the discount. If a product have a different offer we are sorry but we need to follow the prices given in the pictures. PS:
