One day we can visit this amazing space again..The cabinet we completed near the end of last year to house the famous, intriguing & ancient gold Mapungubwe Rhino along with other pieces. The Rhino was made in Kingdom of Mapungubwe somewhere around 1075–1220 while the Western world was experiencing its medieval period. Discovered in a burial site the 1930’s with other artifacts. The exhibition of the collection includes these pieces with other amazing pieces from West Africa & is in the Javett-UP art centre in Pretoria next to the exhibition of an art collection of over 101 signature South African artworks.
