If you want to succeed in life, trust yourself and focus on your dreams. Aim to improve yourself, find ways to become a better person, and do things that lead to personal growth. Once you feel the best in yourself, you won’t need to prove yourself to anyone else.

Can you forgive unkind people?

A person's behaviour is the reflection of their inner state. People who are satisfied with themselves are always kind to others, but those who are unhappy become harsh and insensitive.

At times, we come across people who are very unkind towards us. No matter what we do, they remain unappreciative and dissatisfied and many times try lower our self-esteem. It can be tough to forgive such people, but once we understand that they are wounded and unable to heal, our hearts will fill with forgiveness.

Don't hold grudges against those who are harsh to you. It is not about you. Their behaviour just shows how disappointed they are with themselves.
