My client contacted me in December last year to assist them with their Kitchen that was built in November by other guy and they were not happy with the work after they’ve spent 100k. It was a plan melamine kitchen. We then arranged for site visiting, seeing that kitchen was very horrible, I’ve never seen such bad work in my entire career. She asked if I could fixed the kitchen. I told her I have to be honest with her that the situation of the kitchen it’s cannot be fixed, due to the bad work. She then asked what do I think can be done. I advised her if she want to be happy, is to break everything down and rebuild her a fresh new Kitchen, she listened to my advice. I took measurements, designed the drawings and proposed the right materials for a different style of kitchen to her ( Shaker style kitchen ) and she likes it, she was very much interested with my design, she stated on the first consultation we had, that they would like to have lots of drawers, that cupboard can be hard bending down sometimes as they are elderly people. This beautiful family came back to visit me for another meeting and more discussions was done. I told my clients what I’m going to build for them, will be totally different from what they currently have, if they’re willing to spend some good money to manufacture them a new better kitchen. She said yes and requested for a quotations, quotes was sent and approved. After the holiday we embarked on the projects, first we broke down the kitchen to give better visualisation and visibility before manufacturing began, projects completed. Customer very happy with their new kitchen.
