We’d like to sincerely apologize to our valued clients.

Over the past week, we experienced intermittent technical issues with our production machinery. Despite having technicians attend and doing everything possible to keep production moving, we unfortunately suffered a breakdown toward the end of the week.

The required replacement parts will only be available in the new year.

As a result, any outstanding work that was planned for completion this year will unfortunately only be completed in the new year.
