Start today and learn with your own virtual classes via your mobile, computer or tablet. It is just like being in a classroom. Three levels available, if you are starting out then we recommend at least level 1 & 2. If you have been teaching you c

an start with level 2 & 3. We offer a 15 hour intensive training for beginners, level 1, 2 & 3 after completing the training access is still available for all classes for 5 months. FACE TO FACE

Choose a date and location that suits you. Level 1 & 2 offers more ideas and an intensive section on core and technique. If we don't have a date that suits start with the online virtual or contact us [email protected] to hold a training event. The best option is to attend Level 1 face to face on the Saturday and complete level 2 & 3 online. Combination of face to face and online virtual



We teach you how to cycle correctly on any indoor bike and we give you the tools to be able to put your own training programs together. The education adheres to proper training principles and incorporates OHS, safety, correct set up, correct cycling cadence, heart rate training and class templates. The training is available for anyone interested in Cycle, whether you are a fitness instructor, personal trainer, fitness enthusiast, someone wanting to be a cycle instructor or anyone who wants to know the secrets behind what creates a fun and effective Cycle class.
