Bit of a change from renovations this weekend.. found my self building and installing a full cnc system on the remote island of Gigha, some Highland merch to come from Andy soon I hope!

Beyond excited to finally reach this stage.

Last night James the plasterer started on the north room and it’s already looking slick. Unreal graft from the lad coming in after a full day on roofs to get this done.

There have been so many points where I genuinely questioned if I’d get here. The last few months have been stripping this loft back to bare bones, doubling up and bolting in new floor joists, reinforcing rafters, packing in a serious amount of insulation, fitting 5 new windows — and building 2 from scratch because I couldn’t afford another two Velux 😂

Now it’s starting to feel real.

Can’t wait to turn these into two proper cosy bedrooms. They’re already holding heat for the cozy vibe 🔥🔥

Proof that slow is smooth… and smooth is quick.

Soo chuffed with how this polish mountain scape carve turned out! Off it goes to its home in Karkonosze 🤩

Always love the projects this guy brings to me, this time he asked for this mountain scape carve, a traditional restoration of his beautiful Danish chair and some emblems made for his AirBnB.


The work completed so far, its hard to believe it but 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are going up here. Floor is strengthened...

The work completed so far, its hard to believe it but 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are going up here. Floor is strengthened, relayed, Insulated, wires routed, plumbing roughly layed and radiator pipes run and im currently sheeting all the walls with an insane amount of insulation... if I go missing in winter I will be in my the loft cuase it will be the only warm place in Scotland...

So thankful to who got this project approved by the council without major comments! Right man for the job! 🥳

So blessed, a customer just shared a picture of a map they bought from us and hung in their home 😁 so proud seeing my work in people's homes ☺️ "...just thought I’d share a photo or 2 of the lovey piece of woodwork we bought from you during our trip up to see family in August. I hope you’ll be happy to know it’s proudly on a wall..."
Currently only stocked at the Lanark Men's Shed but hoping to distrubuted further in the coming months 🤗
