Hiring Sales Executive
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our team in Quy Nhơn. In this role, you will manage client relationships, identify business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. Daily responsibilities include presenting product offerings to potential customers, negotiating sales agreements, maintaining detailed records of client interactions, and analyzing market trends to identify sales opportunities. Engaging with both local and international customers, you will actively contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality outdoor furniture to diverse markets.
Qualifications
Sales and Relationship Management: Strong skills in sales strategy, customer relationship building, and client retention.
Communication and Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
Market Insights: Experience in market research, identifying leads, and analyzing trends to drive growth opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with furniture products, industry standards, and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Vietnamese to serve a diverse client base effectively.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in furniture, manufacturing, or export industries, is a plus.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel for client visits and trade shows when required.
