***Payment Details***
Full payment , which will include shipping charges if applicable, is required at the time of purchase, with the exception of furniture. If
the furniture total is over $100, a down payment of 50% of the total is required. Furniture will ONLY be made for local customers since we do not ship or deliver large items. We accept PayPal. Cash payment will be accepted a for local customers only.
***Shipping Information***
Due to each item being handmade at the time an order is placed; Please allow 1-3 weeks for completion and delivery, depending on the item(s) and quantities. For furniture, please allow more time. If the item is needed sooner, please contact us.
***Refunds & Exchanges***
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will happily work with you to resolve the issue. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchanging or returning of a product. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund in the event of a return. Many of our items are made from natural, premium wood. Knots, holes, cracks, etc. are a natural feature of the wood. Each item is unique so no items will be exactly the same. We will do our best to provide the best matching items available. Please feel free to contact us with any questions prior to your purchase! Meet the Wood Whittlers ~ Bob & Nadine. Just an ordinary husband and wife with 2 little girls. Wood working started out as a hobby, making things here and there after their daughters went to bed. It has now turned into a common pastime in which they love to share with others. Bob & Nadine work quite well together. Bob has a superior skill for creating and constructing all of Nadine's creative ideas. Nadine then finishes the products....with some help from Bob at times. Bob & Nadine take pride in their craftsmanship. They create all different wood pieces from signs to furniture. They even refinish and repurpose antique and vintage wood items. See something you like?
