It was a big weekend filled with amazing events three on Saturday alone, from Grayslake to Wilmette and back to Grayslake, then a beautiful high-rise celebration in Chicago on Sunday.

I know I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again… I really love what I do. The places I get to go, the creative little souls I get to meet, and the imaginations I get to bring to life make this job so special. 💖

This little cutie told his mom “Mom, I want it facing me. I want it upside down so I can see it!” So for the very first time, I did a design upside down just for him. Then I flipped the second picture so you could see it from his perspective. 🥹

Happy Faces is all about creativity, fun, and making each child’s vision come to life — because there’s truly no limit to age or imagination. 🎨✨

My first K-pop Demon Hunters themed party was an absolute blast! 😈🤩

Every single design was created on the spot, inspired by each guest’s unique request in the moment and that made it even more fun and creative. From fierce demon-inspired looks to colorful K-pop glam, the kids brought amazing ideas and I loved bringing them to life!

The best part? I now have some brand-new menu items and design inspirations to add to my collection thanks to this awesome event. 🎨✨

Happy Faces fans and family 💜🌿

Here are a few of the smiling happy faces from event number two of three this past Saturday! We spent the day in a beautiful lilac garden for Kids Day in Lombard, and it truly could not have been more perfect. The weather was amazing, the flowers were in bloom, and the smiles were nonstop. 😊🎨

One of my favorite parts of what I do is being able to share my art and bring each child’s vision to life — from butterflies and princesses to superheroes and wild creations straight from their imagination. Seeing their excitement when they look in the mirror never gets old!

Three amazing events, beautiful weather, and SO many smiling faces! 🥰 Two of the events were shared alongside my talented friends and colleagues, making the day even more special. There’s nothing better than spending the day creating colorful memories, laughter, and happy faces together! 🌈🎉
