The start of something extraordinary ✨

We’re so excited to partner with our clients on this incredible project, bringing their vision for their dream home to life.

Together, we’re reimagining the space with thoughtful design, intentional functionality, and timeless details that reflect their lifestyle and how they want to live for years to come. We believe the best homes are built through collaboration, creating spaces that are as beautiful as they are meaningful.

We can’t wait to see this vision come to life!

We build homes you’ll love to live in.

Every home starts with a different set of needs.

For this project, we worked closely with our customer to understand how they wanted their home to function—and then found a way to make it happen.

By adding a third story to the home, we created more room to live without losing sight of the character and details that make the house feel like home.

That’s what thoughtful building looks like.

A den designed for everyday living, with comfort at the center and the ocean always in view.

Natural textures, soft light, and spaces made for slowing down—whether it’s a quiet morning or time gathered together, just as the client envisioned.

Because a beautiful home should feel just as good to live in as it is to look at.

We build homes you’ll love to live in.

What looks simple, rarely is.

Behind this project, we conducted layered testing—tracking moisture levels, validating airflow conditions, and using controlled benchmarks to understand how and why mold formed in the first place.

It’s a more complex process, but it gives us clarity—and ultimately, a better outcome.

Our Project is taking shape, with both homes moving steadily through exterior progress.

Each detail is approached with intention, ensuring the homes not only look beautiful, but are built to last.

On one of the homes, you’ll notice added exterior protection in place—this is due to a specialized stucco facade we’ve selected. It requires extra care during installation, but the result will be well worth it.

Stay tuned as the final reveal is coming in the weeks ahead.

Even small projects, Get big focus 🌊

Not every project needs one big overhaul.
On Dune Road, we’re taking a different approach—small, intentional renovations that add up to something lasting.

Go through our recent walkthrough with Anthony as we break down the process, one smart decision at a time.

Because the best outcomes aren’t rushed—they’re built step by step.
