Hi folks! Thanks to all our customers for your support in 2026! Our beef and pork appointments are full for the rest of the year. There’s a chance we’ll have a few bundles in early October. And you can find us at Erwin Park on Thursdays noon to 5 pm for the Boonville Area Farmers Market through September and at the Utica train station on Saturdays 9:00-1:00 through Christmas and beyond. We bring two coolers full of a variety of our USDA beef and pork cuts, plus local eggs, produce, flowers, maple syrup, honey, and more on every market day. Requests for specific cuts to be brought to market for purchase are filled when possible.
On to 2027. Our beef price will be $4.50 per pound of hanging weight and pork will be $2.75 per pound of hanging weight. Your custom butcher fee will be added to that total. We have scheduled all our beef butcher dates with Nolt’s Custom Meat Cutting, January through September. Pig butcher dates are added at Nolt’s throughout the year. Beef and pig dates using Empire Custom Processing in Bridgewater and Kelley Meats in Taberg will be scheduled as needed. We do not automatically reserve new year appointments for returning customers. It is up to every customer (new and returning) to contact Above and Beyond Farm to reserve their quarter, half, or whole beef, or half or whole pig. A few months or more notice is suggested. January is already filling up with beef reservations and pork is into late February/March now.
