One quarter of grain-fed beef is available. Cut to your specifications. Took it to Empire Custom Processing, our USDA butcher, this morning. The expected total cost to the consumer is approximately $1000. Ready for delivery on June 4th.

February bundles in our freezer, ready to go. Also one January bundle still available. We have 1/4 beef available on our Nolt’s March 6th butcher date, ready for delivery two weeks later. And 1/4 available on March 9th butcher date at Empire Custom.

The year is in full swing here in snowy Westernville in northern Oneida County. We have one ready made beef bundle available in our freezer and will have very similar bundles next week. Our custom cut beef and pork reservations are full up to March, with many spots claimed right through to October. I would recommend our regular customers make their reservations for the year sooner rather than later!

Expect one of our grain fed beef quarters to cost around $900 non-USDA, $1100 USDA. A non-USDA half pig is in the $450 range. Prices based on weight and butcher fees.
