I I knew this was going to be a beautiful refinish. It's a very small walnut chest of drawers, about nightstand size. Just minor veneer issues which were easily taken care of. It's now being handed down to the next generation as a gift.

Merry Christmas and God bless you and your family.

What is often perceived as talent greatly resembles hard work.

Most of your nicer finishes are achieved through layering in different colors. Here's how I did it on this table. The result is a much deeper richer look.

This antique pine table is a family heirloom, and it took a serious hit when part of a roof collapsed onto it. Cracked boards, structural damage, water issues—the kind of mess most people would walk away from.
We didn’t.
We carefully disassembled what needed attention, stabilized the damaged areas, repaired and reinforced the structure, and brought the surface back to life while preserving the character that only time can create. No shortcuts. No “making it look new.” Just honest restoration.
The after photos say it all—but the real win is seeing it back in the home it belongs in, doing exactly what it was built to do generations ago.
If you’ve got a piece that matters, we’ll treat it like it does.

This old Singer sewing machine showed up tired, grimy, and forgotten — the kind of piece most people would walk right past.

We stripped it down, cleaned decades of built-up dirt and oxidation, stabilized every loose or failing area, and carefully restored the original character instead of erasing it. The cast-iron base was refreshed, the wood brought back to life, and every detail was addressed so it looks right again — not overdone, not fake, just honest and beautiful.

Swipe through the before photos and then the afters. Same machine. Completely different presence.

These are the restorations we love — pieces with history that deserve another hundred years of appreciation.

I've always liked these drop top candlestands. So, It's enjoyable to bring them back to life. This one came in with a broken top and hinges.

But all is well.

This custom table build is officially complete and ready for the spray room. The top is flattened and dialed in, the turned bases are finished, and all the proportions are locked in. At this stage, everything has to be right—because once it hits the spray room, there’s no hiding mistakes.

Next step is applying the finish that will bring out the character of the wood and tie the whole piece together.

Follow along to see the final reveal and how this piece comes to life.
