Washington DC Full Renovation

This project was a special one. This client came to us via referral after having challenges with a previous contractor. They purchased this home in DC and fully gutted the inside. We collaborated with them to capture their vision and designed a home tailor made for a young successful metropolitan couple! We did all of the design (excluding the rear deck), handled all permitting with DCRA, assisted the owners with hiring a contractor, and managed the construction. Bringing dreams like these to life for our clients are always a truly fulfilling experience!

PG County Patio(s) & Garage Addition

This project started out with us just helping our client bring their property to life by designing upper & lower patios with a pool. The client was so happy with our process and results that the project grew into us also designing a new front load three car garage with master suite expansion on top! We converted the existing two car side load garage into a parlor on the main floor with a new private stair for the new Royal Master Suite. This premiere project is sure to make our clients home one of the key featured properties in an exclusive Prince George’s County’s neighborhood!

Charles County Workshop & Garage!

Our client wanted to explore their options to add a two car garage and woodworking workshop to their property. We created a few options and they settled on the Two options you see presented. There was a special request to have a covered walkway back to the main residence with either option for inclement weather. Capturing all expressed needs and wants within this addition while keeping the design complementary to the main residence was truly a joy!
