2nd of two jobs I completed yesterday(I stripped and refinished this door and floor two years ago)this job I had to wait over a week to complete the floor to finish this project because of the weather-strip porch and steps of all stain-sand and prep door and side lights and all white trim on porch-polyurethane door 1 coat semi gloss oil based spar varnish-paint all trim 1 coat BM exterior soft gloss white paint-Paint floor 1 coat BM Penofin(transparent sable) oil based stain

 first of 2 job I completed today,I will post the second tomorrow- Watertown apartment-don’t usually do apartments but this is for a good client-scrape,tape and patch walls and woodwork in two bedrooms,living room,dining room, bathroom,4 closets and 1 ceiling-paint ceiling 1 coat BM waterborne ceiling paint-spot prime and paint trim 1 coat BM advance White semigloss Paint-spot prime and paint walls 1 coat BM regal select(behr match-silver screen) eggshell paint. Paint 4 closet 2 coats BM(silver screen)eggshell paint. I also reinstalled a towel bar and toilet paper holder with wing bolts.
