Nottalotta Acres Homestead

Nottalotta Acres Homestead I have retired from urban farming and am now more on the homesteading side. I will be available for any gardening questions and even consultations.

We currently have 3 growing locations two of which border each other. I barter for the use of peoples backyards or properties that are not being used because of this I do not give out the addresses where it is located for the privacy of those owners but I can tell you they are located in Pembroke Meadows neighborhood and the Lakeview Park neighborhood. We farm naturally, without the use of pestici

des, and use a combination of praying mantis, lady bugs, and beneficial nematodes to help keep all the pests away. Our dirt is a good mixture of organic compost and manure. Our raised beds are all built from reclaimed wood that has been saved over a period of time. The seeds we use are from great companies such as Baker Creek and Park Seed. Every seed we use is GMO free. We are also in the beginning stages of raising bees to help pollinate all of our beautiful plants.
