We do everything under the commercial cleaning umbrella. Janitorial, porter service, building maintenance, disinfecting and sanitizing, post-construction, power washing, windows, carpets, floors, apartment turnovers, home staging, transport and junk removal.
Warehouses, restaurants, retail, apartment buildings, offices, medical, schools, churches, museums. If it's a commercial space, we've cleaned one like it.
And when a job needs a double-digit crew on site β€” we can staff it. That's the part most companies our size can't say.
Operating across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware since 2019.

"I'll figure it out at tax time."
That's what we said our first year cleaning. πŸ˜…
Then April came β€” a shoebox of gas receipts, no record of half our jobs, and a bill we weren't ready for.
Tax time isn't when you figure it out. It's when you find out.
Now? Separate account. Every job logged. Supplies, mileage, cleaning products β€” all tracked. Money set aside before we spend it.
If you're building something, don't wait. Start clean. 🧼

Inspection day isn't about walking around with a clipboard looking serious. πŸ‘€ It's about three things:
1. Check in with the client. Ask what they're noticing. What's working, what's not. They see that building every single day β€” they'll tell you things a walkthrough never will.
2. Check in with your staff. Are they set up to win? Right supplies, right time, right expectations? Most "performance issues" are really support issues.
3. Check the checklist. It's not busy work. It's your proof, your standard, and your memory when the day gets long. The checklist is your friend. 🧼
Do these three consistently and you're not just cleaning β€” you're running a business.

We get asked all the time β€” "do y'all do ___?" Yes. Whatever you were about to say, yes.
Post-construction, power washing, windows, carpets, floors, apartment turnovers, porter service, janitorial, disinfecting, junk removal, home staging, building maintenance. Six years of it, across PA, NJ and DE.
There's exactly one thing we don't do, and you'll see it at the end πŸ˜… Need a quote? Call us. Literally. It's the name.

This is the question we get more than any other: "how do you actually GET the contracts?" πŸ“‹ Here's the free version.
Most people trying to break into commercial cleaning skip straight to bidding and get eaten alive β€” either because they aren't legally set up to bid, or because they priced off square footage and didn't account for what the building actually is.
Walk the building. Every time. Traffic patterns, floor type, trash volume, what hours you can even get in there. Then price it.
And write your scope of work down. That document is the difference between a professional relationship and a client asking you for things you never agreed to. (Ask us about the client who only wanted blue trash bags. We have stories.)

Closing contracts is an art and a science. 🀝
Raheem is breaking down the 5 things you need to close your first commercial client β€” The stuff nobody tells you when you're just starting out. Because it's not just about being the cheapest bid. It's about walking in prepared, speaking their language, and making it easy for them to say yes.

Pay extra attention to tips 4 and 5. πŸ‘€

Here's the honest version of why we're doing this.
We started this company in 2019 and we made every mistake there is to make. Money mistakes. Contract mistakes. Staffing mistakes. We figured it out, but it cost us years.
There are people out there right now who want to build this exact business and are stuck for one of two reasons β€” they don't have the people, or they don't have the knowledge.
We had to build both from scratch. Now we'll hand it to you. Swipe through for what's inside πŸ‘‰

Call Us Cleaning Services, since 2019. Family owned, family run.
Raheem, Director of Sales & Marketing manages admin and contracts. Shahfin, Director of Finance manages the numbers. Khadin, Director of Field & Site Operations oversees logistics and quality across sites. Three departments, three owners, no guessing about who's accountable for what.
That structure is the whole reason we can staff double-digit crews for a single job and still have someone answer the phone when you call.

Free game from the field 🧹
Most new cleaners inspect a job looking at the middle of the room. Clients don't. Clients look at edges, handles, and what you left behind.

1️⃣ Corners, edges, baseboards
2️⃣ High touch points β€” handles, switches, lamp shades
3️⃣ The walk-out β€” staged trash, wrapped cords, clean exit
Get those three right and you'll re-sign contracts you didn't even have to bid on.
This is one lesson out of dozens inside Call Us Universityβ€” where we teach you how to build a commercial cleaning business without making the mistakes we made.

You priced the job. Not the payroll.
We've all been there. First walkthrough, big building, and you're already doing the math in your head. "I can do this for $800." You leave feeling like you won. πŸŽ‰
Then reality hits. That job takes three people. Three people means three checks. Three checks means payroll taxes. Then supplies. Then gas. Then Uncle Sam wants his cut too. By the time it's all said and done, that $800 job paid you $60. 😩
Price the job and everything it takes to do the job. Labor, taxes, supplies, travel, and profit β€” profit is not what's left over, it's built in from the start.
Don't learn this one the hard way like we did. πŸ”— Link in bio
