We are just starting out and not 100% organized so bear with us. We do our best to keep the prices as low as possible, but like anyone else we do this for profit. I run this page (Kenyon's wife, Jessica) along with pricing and ordering everything. Kenyon does all the labor and building! :) He works in the oilfield, and is gone two weeks at a time so PLEASE understand that time is limited when you
order. Here are some basic things you should know:
1. The initial price I estimate is exactly that, an estimate. In the event that a price changes, I have no problem explaining the reason behind it; be aware that it is possible, but not usually the case.
2. We require at least half of the estimated price up front before we order anything or begin building anything. This is for obvious reasons of course, deposits are non-refundable.
3. We will do our best to have your ordered completed ASAP, but due to Kenyon's work schedule being occasionally unpredictable, it isn't always guaranteed.
4. We currently accept CASH OR CHECK ONLY.
5. All orders are final.
