The "Phoenix" - this table was destroyed when it was struck by a metal tent support when the large "Camelot" style tent collapsed during high winds at the Stowe Foliage Arts Festival. I was able to salvage wood (very unique brown maple) from the original table and a coffee table that met a similar demise and reconstruct it. Like the Phoenix in Greek mythology, it rose from the ashes of destruction to a beautiful new piece. The rare and extremely unique yellow birch pedestal was unscathed.
