We truly appreciate each and every one of our customers and the opportunity to provide you with the tools and service you need.
Our in-house truck credit program is something we're happy to offer to make purchasing the tools you need easier and more affordable.
We also understand that life happens. Unexpected expenses come up, paychecks change, and sometimes a payment gets missed.
We simply ask that you communicate with us and keep your scheduled payments current.
If an account becomes past due for any reason, the account will be temporarily suspended. While suspended:
🔴 Warranty & service on existing tools will be paused
🔴 No additional tools can be added to the account
🔴 No additional in-house credit can be extended
The good news is that getting back on track is usually simple! Get your missed payments caught up and resume your regular payment schedule. If you're having trouble getting caught up, please talk to us.
Our goal is never to take away your account benefits. We want to keep your account in good standing so we can continue providing you with great service, warranty support, and convenient in-house credit.
