As some of yall know, my dad had another stroke earlier this year. As many of you also know, I have taken on the role as his primary caregiver. This role is not easy, and not cheap. To help offset costs associated with his care, I’ve brought back my fruit cakes!
If you’ve known me for awhile, you know this is where I’d all started for me. As young as 12 having bake sales outside of my dad’s house. Selling my funnel cakes and snickerdoodles for shopping money.
Due to my schedule I am unable to bring back a full menu, but for now I’ll be baking my signature pineapple upside down cake (cherrys optional) and my peach cobbler pound cake. Each cake is made fresh with quality ingredients and plenty of love. Each cake is $40. I have also brought back my customizable cheesecake cups ($5-$10 depending on toppings)
