This homeowner got herself a new sewing room!! Ceiling and wall paint, wall repair, new vinyl plank flooring, new ceiling trim, new light fixture and a couple new pieces of furniture were assembled to keep this crafty space organized and functional!

This ceiling paint job turned into "entire first floor" paint job! 😂 Walls AND ceilings were prepped and painted, wainscotting added in kitchen and entryway, along with some new trim in this home's 1st floor!
A subtle, yet fresh new look as we head into the Summer months!

THE RUN-DOWN: 3 ceilings, 3 doors, 64' of hwbb covers (the actual 32' got double treatment after the first color wasn't desireable), 1 oversized family room with attached mudroom, 2 switch boxes filled back in and smoothed, multiple emerging sheetrock screws got put back in there place, and 1 built-in (with 12 shelves!) all while enjoying the company of a "glad to have a daytime friend" poochie, named Sadie, and a million dollar view with KILLER sunsets that stopped me in my tracks, literally!
Looking forward to seeing this space with its new flooring and furnishings!

A few more projects to add for your viewing pleasure, lol! ....may even recognize one of these places! It's a family-owned local eatery, and the last of its kind around here, with TONS of history inside! Thanks so much, to both parties, for putting up with my mess while in your spaces, but I think it was all worth it!!
And while writing this post, all I can think about is everything Lori Jones has had to put up with while I'm working in her space too, 🤣- if it weren't for your support, I wouldn't be where I am today ❤ truly grateful for you all!
