I once had an employee named Michayla who was truly one of the best employees an employer could ever ask for and lucky for me, she’s now a wonderful friend. ❤️

Michayla used to constantly tease me that I had a zoo at Rustic Roots because apparently I have a thing for ordering animals. 🦓🐘🐒 she would tell me, no more animals 😂

Wellllll… apparently Gary shares my love for a little zoo! 😂 His space is filling up with all kinds of fun, unique animals and one-of-a-kind vintage treasures.

I always love a good little paint challenge! 🎨🤎

One of my customers absolutely loves the Mocha Check by MacKenzie-Childs and asked if I could transform her sweet little antique table into something that would coordinate with all of her Mocha Check décor.

Of course, I said yes! 🤎🤍

These little projects are always so much fun but don’t let their size fool you! 😂 All those tiny details can make them surprisingly time-consuming. But watching an ordinary little antique piece come back to life with a whole new personality makes it worth it.
