☑️And just like that… the transformation is complete! ☑

What started as an unused garage bay is now a fully finished, functional living space—inside and out.

The interior has been brought to life with the Blue Pine Tongue & Groove, giving the room a warm, custom feel that completely changes how the space is experienced.

On the exterior, everything is now fully finished and painted, tying it seamlessly into the rest of the home. You’d never guess this used to be a garage door opening.

This is what a properly done conversion looks like:

• Bright, comfortable interior space
• Clean, finished exterior
• Built to feel original—not like an afterthought

💫 Big Progress Made 💫

The transformation is really starting to show now and is almost fully complete!

We’ve got the new windows installed, bringing in a ton of natural light and completely changing the feel of the space. What used to be a dark garage bay is now bright, open, and inviting.

Inside, we’ve installed Tongue & Groove Knotty Pine, adding warmth, texture, and a custom look that makes the space feel like a true extension of the home—not just a converted garage.

This is the stage where everything starts to come together:
• Natural light ☀️
• Defined space 🪟
• Character and detail 🏘️

🪜Progress update 🪜

This is where the transformation really starts to take shape.

The garage door is coming out next, and we’ve begun reframing the opening to prepare for the new windows. What used to be a wide, open bay is now being restructured into a solid, enclosed wall system.

Behind the scenes, we’re focusing on:
• Structural framing adjustments
• Proper support where the garage opening once was
• Prepping for window installation
• Beginning the transition from garage → livable space

It might not look finished yet—but this stage is everything. A solid build here is what makes the final result look and feel right.

🌟New project kickoff 🌟👇

A homeowner came to us with a goal:
Take an unused 3rd garage bay and turn it into a fully functional living space.

The space wasn’t working for them anymore—cold, disconnected, and underutilized. They wanted something that felt intentional… like a true extension of their home.

The plan:
• Remove the existing garage door
• Install windows for natural light
• Rework the structure and layout
• Transform it into a comfortable, usable room

This is the kind of project we love—taking space that’s being wasted and turning it into something valuable.
