Since 1950, Roby’s has been the place to come for the really good stuff: the just-right furniture, appliances and bedding that have filled our neighbor’s homes and been a real part of their lives. Now the third generation of family ownership is working hard to make Roby’s bigger and better than ever. With 6 locations, Roby’s is now Oregon’s largest furniture, appliance and mattress company. ach of our hometown stores is as friendly, familiar and local as ever. That’s because we search hard to fill each store with nothing but the really good stuff our communities want, priced so they can afford it. Roby's Furniture & Appliance is looking for a full-time Sales Associate to join our team!

💰 Competitive pay with hourly base + commission + bonuses
🏥 Health, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation & sick time
🛋️ No furniture or appliance experience? No problem! If you’re friendly, personable, and willing to learn, we can teach you the rest.

Most team members average around $20–$35/hr depending on motivation, customer service, and creative thinking skills. (Yes… “thinking around the box” is encouraged here 😉)

A split schedule is planned for now, though that could change in the future. Saturdays and some holidays are part of retail life — but the good news? We’re always closed on Sundays. 🙌

⚠️ We are a drug-free workplace, including ma*****na, and do conduct pre-employment drug screening.
