The security industry is one of the many industries where technology has dramatically increased product capabilities and features. Elite has made it one of our company endeavors to stay educated, trained, and knowledgeable in our field and that has allowed us to expand our capabilities and what we can offer our customer base dramatically. One of the major technologies we knew we needed to stay on top of because it will undoubtedly become more prevalent and standardized is Biometric Access Control.

Through dedication and education we sought out and partnered with one of the ground breakers in biometric access - Suprema Biometrics and Security.

The picture below is from an upgrade we are doing locally in Austin where we are moving from fingerprint biometrics to facial recognition stations with finger print and card capabilities. This offered the customer a higher level of security and also provided a touch free environment for door entry.

A little Saturday work buttoning up the final trim on this project for one of our local schools in Thorndale. We are finishing out with the second phase expanding an existing access and camera system that was previously implemented with some impressive work from C**t Ging and Texas Technology. It makes the project run so much smoother when you have the opportunity to follow behind and work with professionals!

Psalm 128:2

“You will eat the fruit of your labor; blessings and prosperity will be yours.”

A little over three years ago we planted the seeds to start Elite with no idea on how well it would grow. We had no money set aside for a business venture, no knowledge in the steps to start a business , two small babies with one on the way, and we were/are living in a world full of challenges that made/makes for a very harsh environment for a business to take root and grow.

However, we found comfort in knowing we had each other, the Good Lord to turn to for strength and guidance, and a work ethic that didn’t allow us to live with the words “quit”, “stop”, or “give up”.

We want to give our sincere thanks to our customers, teammates, partners, and the Good Lord. You all have been a huge part of our growth from seed to bearing fruit. We will continue to strive to get better every day and we will stand by our promise to never give up on you and never forget how much you have done and mean to our company.

We are very happy to welcome Mr. Boston Fitch to the team. This young man started going to the gym before school a month before his known hire date so he could climatize to the early rise and physical demands of the job. That extra effort says much about this guy and we are estatic to see him represent the Elite family.

Congrats to Triple 7s in Buda on their upcoming opening. We are honored to be part of its birth by building out the network infrastructure and providing a more secure environment with cameras, access control, and security.

Day one was centered on the network and we we built out the IT closet, installed the switches and router, and terminated and tested all the data.

More pics to come as we put the finishing touches on the project.

A little weekend work rebuilding a network for the City of Round Rock

We got them migrated over to a new Synology NAS, migrated the wireless over to an Unifi controller, carried over a second and third ISP for redundancy, and set up a roll over for the VOIP system... oh and we cleaned up the network closet!

When our family decided to open Elite we did it with the sole intention of being able to help and protect people. Making a living is one thing, but making a difference with the life we have been blessed with is the driving force behind Elite.

We are ever thankful for the real heroes out there like Hope Alliance and Women and Their Work and we are even more thankful that we can support these two non-profits that are on the front lines every day making a difference for women and their children.

If you ever want or have the ability to support a nonprofit we encourage you to support these two entities who give all they have to make lives better and give people a light when the world seems so dark.

May the Good Lord Bless these selfless programs as they continue their work for a better world!

This young man is a dying breed. Elite has been blessed with jobs and projects and we have been working diligently to make sure they get done and get done right. He has been a rock beside Ben and myself. This was taken at 8:30 at night on a project in Round Rock and after 12 hours in he refused to leave my side until we were done with our goals for the day.

Elite is proud and blessed to have him and many people could learn from this 20 year old young mans ethics... shoot I am learning from him.

And I am not biased because he’s my nephew ❤️

We have the most amazing customer base! Weinstein Properties brought tears to our eyes by trusting in us and believing in our quality of work and service so much that they wrote Elite into their job RFP as the set vendor for all their Datacom and Security needs for their new clubhouse being built at Bexley Anderson Mill!

If we haven’t said enough we will say it again, Thank You to the best customer base ever!

To put into words the journey that our family at home and at work has endured over the past two years is nearly impossible. However, we do know that the success of our company has been due to our customers, teammates, and the Good Lords grace. Without any of those what we have built would not have been possible.
