An update regarding COVID-19:

Unfortunately, just as regulations for COVID-19 were allowing A Kneaded Escape to offer our services again, we have been instructed to remain closed due to state regulations.

Governor Newsome announced on July 13, 2020 that identified counties (representing approximately 75% of the population in California) must shut down specified industries, including massage and other personal care services unless these industries can be modified to operate outside.

The importance of massage during this stressful time is even more crucial to our clients. We are currently exploring options to remain safe, and serve our customers by providing outdoor mobile massage.

I need to venti!! ☕️

During this season of holiday stress I encourage you to take a step back and for yourself. I promise you everything will be there when you come back but you will be more focused, less irritated and more energized to tackle your to do list.

Instead of venting all my worries and frustrations, I take a step back and enjoy a moment or two by myself. Sometimes that moment can be found in a good book, a cup of tea, a walk, a bubble bath, a massage or even a cup of joe.
