Inspecting recently purchased equipment, repairing emission issues, finding AC system leaks and recharging, and diagnosing and repairing hydraulic issues. This trailer project was extensive. There were a lot of frame cracks in the nose of the trailer and the king pin plate welds were cracking and it was getting close to wearing through. We cut out the whole front frame section and installed a new frame. The crossmember mounts were reinforced with fish plates and the king pin plate was replaced with a new king pin. All the spring mounting brackets were replaced with wear plates installed where the springs ride. A couple of the hopper sheets were replaced in the lead and the pup. The bearing was replaced on the dolly for the pup along with the spring mounting brackets and wear plates. Both trailers got new tarps and a tarp tube u joint was replaced.

This engine had blown head gaskets and the heads were cracked. We installed new gaskets, heads, head studs, and injectors. Replaced oil cooler, fuel pressure relief spring, and got an egr cooler update. Also replaced glow plugs, glow plug harness, and glow plug controller. Ran awesome when it was complete.

The engine in this forklift was pushing coolant out the radiator after another shop had replaced the head gasket for the same issue. We pulled the head and found the block was bad. Installed a remanufactured engine in it.

This engine rebuild on a Rogator 1254 started as a cracked front gear cover kept getting deeper. Front gear case was cracked, camshaft had to come out. Camshaft and multiple rocker arms were bad. The oil pan was dented up against the oil pickup tube restricting oil flow and there were multiple symptoms that were related to that issue.
