One is black walnut the other is live oak.

All are hand made from milled local wood.

Live Edge Red Oak Boot rack

This is the first full circle/cycle item produced at my mill! This tree fell last year and was cut into logs, then milled into slabs, dried, planed, brought home, cut into boards, incorporated into a custom design, cut to necessary sizes and shapes, sanded, shaped, routed, assembled, and clear coated.

I am happy and lucky to be the only person that has touched this tree from the moment it fell, to the moment it became a piece of furniture. It has been a year and some change in the making.
