Decks, Docks, and More is seeking motivated, hardworking, and reliable individuals to assist with dock and boat lift installations this spring. We offer competitive pay ($22-28/hour) based on experience and willingness to learn. No experience? We will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• General laborer duties associated with installation and removal of docks and boat lifts.
• Required regular lifting of up to 75lbs.
• Safely operate a variety of tools and equipment to complete daily tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
• Must be comfortable working in and around water.
• Ability to work long hours and Saturdays when necessary.
• Ability/Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Ability to work in a team setting.

We are looking for a general laborer to assist with pier and boat lift installations this spring and summer in the Lake Country area. This is a full-time outdoor position (4-5 days per week, 40-50 hours per week, $18-20/hr) Applicant should be able to lift at least 75 lbs and be comfortable working in/near water.
