Here is an alum livewell we built for a customer. He brought the boat to us after previously having it at another shop to do the same job. Unfortunately for him, it didn't turn out as planned so he called us to see if we could fix it. It took some planning to work thru the mess but we got it done and sent him on his way.

You can see from the last few pictures the work that was done and needed to be replaced. We cut it all back out and started over. Lots of people say they can do things these days, theres nothing wrong with asking for some proof of work or references before spending your money.

2016 Rzr 1000 Turbo came to us for a repair. Clutch bolt broke off at the threads about 2" down into the crank. Previous attempts by others left an easy out, spiral extractor and drill bit snapped off down in the bore. We made custom drill guides and used full carbide bits and endmills to cut through the hardened material and remove the remaining threads from the crank.

It also needed a new crank seal, so we cleaned up the housing, smoothed out the gouges and installed a seal that would work with this amount of damage to the case. This saved the customer from removing the engine, buying a new case and crank.

Emergency repair on a stainless steel sink for a local fast food chain. The welds broke around the sink top, allowing the basins to drop out. They gave us a very narrow window to make the repair. Just a few hours, between the time they closed for the night and the time they needed to come back in to clean/ food prep.
Sink fixed,they opened on time.

This is the second red Hummer H3 that came thru a week later severe frame damage. This customer snapped both rear frame rails while hauling a trailer plus had frame rot at his forward spring hangers and rear crossmember. We repaired and replaced almost the entire back half of this frame by the time it was done and added a lanoline undercoat before it left. Back to daily driving and towing.

We had two Hummer H3's come thru the shop back to back, only a year apart by build date, 2006 -2007 both red and both with serious frame rot. I'll post the second job later but both of these were driven daily untill they let loose and couldn't be. One even towed a loaded trailer . We saved both these vehicles from a full frame swap and got them back to daily driving and towing!

If you live in the northeast and drive a vehicle around 10-20 years old make sure you crawl under your vehicle at least once a year and poke around to see what's going on, these could've caused serious problems if they let loose at highway speeds. Call us for frame repairs and undercoating!

Frame repairs and frame repairs. Did i mention we do frame repairs??!! This time it's pulling a RZR frame back into shape from over 2" out after a hard front-end crash and fixing the main runners on an equipment trailer that has seen better days.

Busy week with the holiday mixed in, we swapped out a 4" sanitary pipe spool and fl**ge for a 6" tapered square to round thru a jacketed housing. Welded out 8 cable reels and a 1045 steel wheel for another customer.

2007 Chevy Colorado came in with severe rust damage to the frame. It's wasn't easy but we repaired both drivers and pass side frame rails,added a new crossmember, body mounts, bed mounts and saved another one from a trip to the boneyard. Thank you to all who helped get this one done.
