As a dog lover who worked and volunteered at multiple shelters, I have seen many different personalities working in the field. By far the most ignorant thing I have ever seen is, over medicating dogs and isolating dogs from eachother and the public by covering up just about every kennel with a some sort of barrier. Absolute ignorance. One thing to keep dogs calm in a hectic environment, it's another to medicated them so heavily you cant observe their true behavior and personality. Glad to say, the person is no longer with the shelter and the dogs are much happier and safer. Can't fix stupid but according to the person, it's the shelters fault, but im willing to bet, she wont mention anything about the negligence on her part which cause a poor innocent dog to die. Entitled and delusional people do not belong is a world of saving animals. Rant over..
