Isn’t this house just, incredible? The “orange slice” transom tying in the beautiful “sunrise” brick work is just chef’s kiss. One of my favorite projects we have done.

Happy Friday! A look back at this stunning project. The jamb, the transom & sidelites, and the door were all made to match what previously existed. It’s hard telling as it all looks natural.

Hey! It’s been a while! Past couple years have been… mmmm, welp, CRAZY!! I hope you all are doing ok and are looking forward (even though it’s just gotten crazier). We are still up and running, grinding and going, nothing to it than to do it, am I right?
Dad and I stuck it through Covid, busy beyond compare. Had to put the social media on hold as we focused on finishing a whole heap of projects. Not just customer orders but building maintenance too. Thank God we did as we survived TWO sewage floods, luckily our maintenance turned into preparation and a lot of potential issues with that were adverted.
Hello to all the new followers! I hope to bring you some documentations of some really cool projects from around this beautiful city of St. Louis!

Here’s an alder door we made a customer who specifically asked for as much knots as possible. He wanted this interior kitchen door to match his cabinets and we wanted to make him happy. Done and done! Glad to be back, here’s to a good week! Cheers!

Saint Louis Sash Corp. is looking for an entry level shop hand to join our team. We are a custom wood doors and windows shop, owned by a Father & Son duo, that has been manufacturing custom millwork for greater St. Louis for over 35 years.

If you enjoy working with your hands and take pride in your work then the shop hand position is a great introduction to start or continue your career in the millwork industry!

Responsibilities include:
I) FOLLOW ALL SAFETY RULES & REGULATIONS
II) Assure proper use and care of company tools and equipment
III) Help maintain clean jobsite
IV) Assist coworkers in all aspects of manufacturing
V) Cut shop tickets and keep maintenance on tools & machines

Requirements:
I) Ability to problem solve and multitask
II) Work well in a team environment
III) Positive Attitude
IV) Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. & be on feet for 8+ hours
V) Ability to use hand tools and read an SAE tape measure
VI) Customer service & communication skills

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Dusty, dirty, hot, cold, and noisy
Bending, squatting, crawling, lifting, carrying, holding, and walking
