Positions Available

Lawn Maintenance Leads & Crew:
-Starting Pay: $18-22/hr (No experience).
-Experienced Pay: $21-28/hr (3+ years).

Landscape Leads & Crew:
- Laborer (No experience): $19-24/hr.
- Semi-Skilled Laborer (3+ years): $21-28/hr.
- Skilled Landscape Lead/Foreman (3+ years): Up to $25-35+/hr DOE (Proficiency in all landscaping areas required).

Requirements
- Driver’s License: An insurable driver’s license is required.
- Physical Work: Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., work up to 12 hours, and stand or walk all day in variable outdoor conditions and terrains.
- Equipment Skills: Operate and work safely around equipment. For landscape crew members, experience with machinery like skid steers and excavators is a plus.
- Trailer Operation: Safely and effectively operate a pickup truck with a trailer, including backing it up.
- Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and provide solutions on the job.
- Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

The crew absolutely crushed it on this project! Replaced a retaining wall and paver pathways from 1978! A beautiful update much needed. The crews skills were really put to the test here and they passed with flying colors! Still need some finishing touches for the handrails but this project turned out awesome!
