just so everyone knows I closed the shop till I get better situated in life personally. I have all the skills and love for making these unique tables but I dont have the drive since losing my family. Woodworking requires getting lost in the beauty and feel of the wood and Ive been lost elsewhere. You can see the difference in the quality by looking at my earliest photos to the last few. Maybe I will find inspiration again. I hope so.

My latest table that has a compartment for magazines, tv remote, or whatever, built into the legs. also has 2 crushed glass filled knot holes that light up for an added bit of uniqueness. The lights can be seen in the darker picture. They operate of a watch battery and this table has a removable shelf as well. It's now for sale at my store for $250. I can possibly deliver for the cost of gasoline plus $25 for my time if you're within 200 miles. Free delivery if you're within 50 miles of my store. It can be shipped by a freight company for much less than one would think. A friend asked if I'd reframe an old picture that belonged to her father that had a great deal sentimental value to her. It was attached to the broken frame by about 10,000 staples, or so it seemed. I carefully removed the staples trying not to cause further damage to the black velvet cloth picture. I then restretched it on the original mounting boards, placed it within the new cedar frame I made for it and attached a luane plywood backing to the frame to keep it in place. It worked great , saved the painting and pleased the customer to no end. Note in picture 2 that instead of using boards cut at 45° angles, I will most often do an overlap and underlap on the boards which I find is a much sturdier joint on picture frames. It's not always possible as many styles of frames won't allow that type of corner joint. But if you want a stronger frame that is eye appealing as well, you might consider this method.

Picture 3 is a shadow box for the same customer which will be used to display her father's motorcycle club leather jacket. Velcro will be used to attach the jacket to the back of the box and I will cut a piece of glass to fit the front and it will be cased closed for the shadow box...or should i say, display case closed.

I'm going to open a store in Spiro, Ok. as soon as next month. Between now and then I will be concentrating on moving myself and my shop to the new location. At the same time I will be making tables, end tables, bars, shelves and such to stock the store with. I hope you'll come see us when we open.

Exciting times ahead, make sure you thank the Lord for your blessings and know that these times that you're in aren't by chance. The Father knows your heart and your capabilities and he placed you here to stand with Him and your brothers and sisters in Christ in this last generation. So stand up and don't fear for if God stands beside you, who then, can stand against you?
