Herb of the day goes to CLEAVERS

Botanical name: Galium aparine
Also called: Stickyweed, bedstraw, goosegrass

Cleavers is one of those humble herbs that grows wild and doesn’t look particularly impressive, but it has a long history in traditional herbalism—especially for lymphatic and urinary support.

🌱 Traditionally enjoyed for:

* Supporting normal lymphatic circulation
* Supporting the body’s natural fluid balance
* Gentle urinary/kidney support
* Supporting healthy skin from within
* Traditionally used when there is a feeling of puffiness or sluggishness

☕ What does it taste like?
Very mild, green and slightly grassy. That makes it fairly easy to blend with more flavorful herbs.
